"Both of my children are going to this school. There are all kinds of activities offered at this school to enrich students lives . Sport activities include football, volleyball, fencing, karate, swimming just to name a few. There is also a very good program called the Fast Academy which includes automotive,construction and video gaming. The students compete and have won awards at state and national.There is also a great medical academy where students from other high school come to Palmdale High to be a part of. There are programs for special ed students which prepares them for the workplace or go on to college. it may not be the most popular school in the antelope valley but it has served my kids well and I am pleased with the results."

"Hi , I dont go to palmdale but i got to Highland im trying to go to palmdale for my 10th grade year , I hear so many good things about it and so many bad thigs i just moved out here from compton and the people that do or have went to palmdale say how good of a school it really is . I really want to go but my mom is listening to what other people are saying about how its so bad to me its not the school its the student , And if the student wants to learn the student should be able to choose what school they want to go to i really like that school and i dont even go there highland is a good school yes but its fake and unfair ."

"I really feel that too many people here think that football is everything, and that having a good football program excuses issues such as poor quality of teaching. I really don't feel like I'm learning anything in this school."
