"Millennium Charter High School, a tiny high school in a tiny town, known as Tracy. The campus isn't the best, but the school makes up for their outdated buildings with great teachers who care about their students. The school is diverse, teaches students well, has student run clubs, and college readiness which freshman through seniors can take at their own time. All in all the environment is rather kindhearted and friendly. Though the scenery still needs some work as well as the facilities, being the classrooms, gym, and bathrooms."

"My experience at millennium charter high school has been very different than any other experience you can ever recieve at a regular high school. Millennium is very involved when it comes to events or special play/days we plan. millennium charter high school is such a small community that each student has a better opportunity to speak one on one with the teachers, that also includes questions in class and understanding of any misunderstood topic. I love how simple of a school we are. We are artistic and sophisticated, yes people take us as a joke until they see how serious we can be. If I were to change anything I personally would have an application of not only the students background but have one other person evaluate them since we are run on a raffle system any kids were placed into our school, who necessarily did not want to be there or just did not have any relationship with the arts."

"I enjoy the small amount of students at the school. The teachers treat everyone equally and make sure to give time to all students who need help."

"You have to get through the bad before you get to the good. My critique of this secondary school is that they could improve by taking advantage of the gym during non-PE hours aka during lunch hour(s). The other area where I feel could improve is offering "office hours" similar to colleges such as universities. There were times I was clearly struggling and the instructor(s) witnessed it but were never proactive to speak to me. My favorite aspects were: offering superb academic instructions and "real life" lessons. For instance, in our career education class we had to complete a budgeting/life-style evaluation online to determine the range of our salary in the future to sustain the lifestyle we desire. We also learned how to use utensils during meals. I appreciated various professional speakers who spoke with us about different topics such as their academic journey. My absolute favorite part of my attendance at this institution was the invaluable opportunity to complete an internship. Students were required to interview various organizations and companies that they wish to intern with. For the first semester of my senior year, I was selected among several applicants to intern at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. I ended up in the OR and it was such a privilege to work with the healthcare professionals. In fact, this experience propelled me further to pursue medicine."
