"I've been at Galileo Academy for three years. However, I'll argue that I'm more involved in school affairs than most students and perhaps even alumni. The school isn't lacking in extracurricular at all, clubs ranging from chess to the Korean culture to volunteer work. I can't vouch for every club out there but we host FoodFests on an almost monthly basis where the clubs sell different foods to fundraise and the courtyard is packed every single time. Regarding academics, some teachers are the best the students just need to find them. Normally, I stay at school until 6 PM and most of the time, a teacher is with me, helping me out with an assignment, reviewing a recent test, or just having a conversation. Of course, I get scolded for keeping them so late but it's all in good fun. The fact teachers are willing to stay so late at all shows their dedication to their students and I seriously appreciation their devotion. TL;DR Galileo is great. Period."

"I felt comfortable with all my students and teachers and the resources provided by the school is very helpful for a lot of students. I would like to see a variety of different sports and clubs as well as keep students more involved within the school activities."

"Most teachers are great and committed to their work, but some base their grades on memorization instead of actual learning. As far as the students it's a very cliquey school which causes a separation of kinship."

"At Galileo High School we have so many resources that can help students be successful. There are programs and clubs that help you with tutoring and with anything regarding college. There are also many extracurriculars that create an amazing student involvement. Most of the teachers will really support and believe in you, yet there are some that in my personal opinion are not as supportive."
