"I'm not sure if I would choose this school if I were to choose again because the academics are so one-minded. The teachers do the bare-minimum. The student body also has its ups and downs and I feel that there aren't enough options or opportunities in general for all of the types of students. Although, the sports, clubs, and some of the student body are intriguing to partake in and the upside to going to George Washington High."

"I really found my place in the school's music program. Many of my fellow instrumentalists feel that it has become their second family and home, and I certainly agree. All of the art programs, from what I can tell, have very dedicated teachers. I can also speak very highly of my social studies department."

"The teachers at my school are very down to earth and interesting to partake one-on-one conversations in, but they fail to adapt different teaching techniques for each student. Most teachers only do the basics and go with the flow. With such close-minded teachers, it's hard for not only me, but my classmates as well to be engaged with the class since they only stick with one routine."

"Well, sometimes I might hear about a friend's teacher who isn't that great, but in my experience, I have had fantastic teachers! I have made many strong connections with my teachers. They are always willing to help me out, and are understanding when it comes to difficulties outside of school. Most teachers have high expectations of students, not only in their studies, but also they're development into people of the world. Many of my teachers put their soul into what they do, and sincerely want to help raise the next generation."

"We have a few really great teachers, but there is a big chunk of them who cannot teach."
