"Livermore High school is not the best academically nor is it the prettiest looking school. What it does have though are some pretty passionate teachers who will work with students and never quit on them. The school definitely reflects the towns agriculturist roots and with their sizable FFA chapter and impressive green Engineering Department. No matter the lack funds and inefficient school policies overall Livermore still does the job of giving the kids the tools to succeed."

"Livermore Hogh School staff and students make you feel like you are a part of a family. Spirit and pride in our school can be seen through current classes and alumni. This school provides rigors courses and a place in which students feel safe to speak their minds."

"LHS is very mixed. While there are great teachers, there is also an equal number of horrible teachers. Almost all the school's money goes to funding the athletics. We got a new football field this year, but we didn't have enough money to buy vocab books for English students. The schedules are always messed up, and the school doesn't help the students fix their schedules. The counsellors don't allow students to drop out of AP classes (even if they were put in my mistake, which happens often) and then, they would not let students into the class who were supposed to take the AP class because it was "full." This year I wanted to take four AP classes. However, three of them were all scheduled to be in the same period. So, I was forced to drop two of them when I had spent the entire summer doing the summer homework for all the AP classes I was expecting to take. Not only is this inconvenient, it is also restricting me from my full potential."

"Most of the people on campus are very open and the campus is very diverse so everyone is accepting of people from different backgrounds."
