"Freedom High School is good on a social level; there are some fights but most students tend to get along. Academically, this school is not great. The average ACT score is 21 and the average SAT score is 1100; I had to receive tutoring outside of school in order to score higher than that. The staff there are extremely nice however, they are completely understaffed with almost 3000 students and only 350 faculty. Classroom are noisy, which makes it difficult to learn. Most teachers have absolutely no classroom control and allow students to do whatever they want, which also makes it difficult to learn. The administration are not concerned about the voice of the students; I had made many appointments and I did not get called in once. I had to walk into offices and refuse to leave until they talked to me about problems inside and outside the classroom."

"Freedom High School is an extremely diverse school with excellent teachers who care for each student. Most teachers provide assistance to their students and there are many programs on campus to help with classes. Along with academics, there are many extracurricular activities that many students may enjoy, such as clubs, leadership and sports."

"Coming out of Freedom with fun-filled high school experiences, what I enjoyed the most is my involvement with choir. The teacher was great he engaged well with the class and established an excellent rapport with his students. Choir involvement helped me grow to be an independent and to not be shy. In terms of academics, overall I had competent teachers who taught well. One thing that would be nice to see for a change is better cafeteria food and establishment of new classes such as accounting or learning to finance money for the future, or cooking classes as an elective."

"Great school. Wonderful experience. Very diverse student ratio. Athletics program is competitive, administered well and coached properly. I had personal growth during my years at this school."
