"Pitman High School offers classes just what you need from A-G requirements to get into colleges. Some colleges would look at your transcript for an academic GPA or any honor/AP classes. There are varies of honors and AP classes that teaches you the requirements for colleges or universities that based onto your career. The scheduling process at PHS is simple because in each class there's 40-45 mintues for each, enough time for you to learn the material. Teachers sometimes give you a workload of homework but only if you catch up on the learning process it'll go by faster."

"The school provides an adequate environment for its students and is diligent in maintaining a respectable reputation. There is a lack of diversity in the students and teachers. Most students did not seem as though they belonged or felt that their eduction was important."

"Some of my most memorable experiences at this school are when the teachers/faculty really touched my heart by actually caring about me as an individual. There are times when I was upset, even crying, and I was a campus supervisor aid at this time, and there was one campus supervisor who pulled me out of the office and just sat and talked with me about what was going on in my life. I have to say I have never experienced a school faculty member who cared as much as one of my campus supervisors. What makes this school unique is that there are amazing clubs, one called the key club for example, which I was apart of for one year, and in this club it was about helping out around our town and to make differences in others lives. One way we tried to make a difference was by making crafts at one of our senior homes close by and just spending time with the seniors, talking to them about their days or even their lives. It was an amazing experience because nothing felt better than seeing their faces light up just by having us high school kids there to talk and hang out with. If I could do high school all over again, I would choose the same school because of all the opportunities I received, the teachers that made high school worth attending, and all of the school rallies/functions that go on really make school fun!"

"My favorite experience at Pitman High School is being able to get involve in sports, activities, shows for families and students, or organizing a club. During each sport seasons, we would have a rally with ASB members put together a pride traditional event; Freshmen Orientation, Homecoming, Hoopscomig, Talent Show, Every 15 mintues, and many more. What makes Pitman so unique is our Pride, everybody treats each other like family. I would recommend this school for any diversity of students, I definitly choose this school if I could do it all over again."

"Pitman is an overall great school but, at some point we get a little competitive towards academically and athletics, but in the end we're still friends and have to accept what they achieved. Students are involved with school activities, clubs, and in the classroom. At PHS, peer pressure is not a big deal, I've never experience it and or witness it to someone else. Acceptance can be hard on certain students because there's still popularity til this day that doesn't accept who you are. Social status can be a big deal to some people, but in my opinion I would rather stick to education rather than being popular. Trying to fit into the popular group can be challenging because of racial, ethnic, or being gay. It's like high school in the movies, everybody stays in their own individual groups. On the left we have the jocks and on the right we have the nerds with no friends. I can relate because I'm Asian and everybody assumes that I'm naturally intelligent and weird, but no, I'm just as normal like the populars. I'm not implying that PHS students are racist or homophobic but social status is a big deal to student at Pitman High School."
