"I liked some of the unique class offerings and the diversity of the school. I would like to see a more rigorous academic program and increased support for those wanting to attend out of state colleges."

"Roosevelt is a smaller school that have outstanding teachers that will get those on the right track, even if that meant staying late for the students. We have understanding staff that consider those with mental illness as well as living situation to make sure they have the same opportunity as their peers to complete high school with a diploma. We have amazing counselors that guide you as a freshman onward to prepare you for the future. Being one, or the most, diverse high school in Oregon with a ration of 30:30:30:10 (European/White American, African-American, Latino/Hispanic, Asian/Pacific islander), you experience each culture at its finest. One of the things I d like to change would be school spirit, as we have almost none. We try our best but students have yet to participate in any spirit week or assembly. Overall, the teachers are very friendly, the new building supports students to its best ability, and it gives you space to be yourself. "It's always a great day to be a Rider.""

"I love how students interact with each other. The diversity of my school is just perfect. We are a family. I've never met loving teachers, they care so much for students. The fact I don't like about Roosevelt High school is that students takes opportunities wrong alot of students are not willing to be involved with school work. Teachers do their best to keep them on track."

"I love this school and their uniqueness. They are a very diverse school that have students who strive for a better and higher education. The teachers and staff are always able to answer questions and are always willing to give up their time whenever a student or parent have questions. My favorite thing about this school is the way they are open and make everyone feel welcome and cared for when entering the doors. Overall favorite school for their love and support towards the future of all the students."
