"This school is unique because of its religion program. The school requires students 9-12 to take at least 2 religion courses. Not only does this strengthen their knowledge of global culture, it also rids of the any insular outlook of the world."

"The teachers are more than supportive at Oregon Episcopal School. They are very interested in the success of their students. However long that will take in the span of the school year, they are devoted to teaching the material they prepare a month or two before the school year starts. Even though teaching styles and grading vary greatly, the passion for teaching is consistent in the faculty. They even group every week to have department meetings to discuss improvements or changes in the curriculum or process."

"There can be a large discrepancy in grading policies across teachers, even when taking the same class, but teacher quality is generally very high for the English and History departments. Although OES is known for being a math and science school, the teachers are hit and miss as far as organization, dedication, and clarity goes."

"OES has so many amazing traditions like NogFest and Mount Hood Service Climb Day. No other school has an eggnog baking and haiku competition. The teachers, especially in the English and History department, care a lot about students and often go to sports games to support their students."
