"I liked Dallas High School because of its student to teacher ratio. Unlike other schools in the area, at Dallas High you could connect with and form relationships with your professors. You were important, not just another one in a million. Every student was able to get access to the resources they needed to fulfill their academic potential. But because Dallas High is in such a small town there is little diversity and many problems with prejudice and homophobia."

"Overall, I think Dallas High has a positive atmosphere, however there are quite a few teachers who do not want to be there, or they don't care about their students."

"Although I wish there was a class or program that gave a college prep course or adult pre course, this high school was a great place for education and small town community friendships. Our sports teams weren't the best consistently, but the town always showed up. Everybody knew everybody giving the sense of security. The school and town came together in time of need and in time of celebration."

"There are some really great educators at Dallas. I have had good experiences participating in the theater program and as well as other after school activities. However, I would like to see more equal distribution of funding when it comes to sports programs."

"Most of the teachers are very good. The workload isn't too much to handle. All student questions get answered eventually."
