"I enjoyed having teachers who were real people, and who were so caring and patient. They truly were some of the best people in the community!"

"Despite the small town and the almost constant snowfall, the staff at La Grande High School makes a bright environment. The building itself is under construction, and my time spent in class almost always included wearing 2 jackets. The school counselors do show interest in their students, and I can tell they try as hard as they can to keep up with all that is on their plate."

"What I liked about La Grande High School was that it was a small, but not too small school were you were able to get to know people but also meet new friends every day. The teachers were always helpful and always willing to help each and every student when they were asked. One thing I would change about our school would the academics we are taught, like the different class options, more after school study labs, and the friendliness of the students, but to be able to do that it has to change within the student body itself."

"This school can be a big drama fest but there are mainly just kids trying to learn and tone their abilities."

"Most teachers care about their students and want them to succeed, but some teachers can be a little sexist or bias."
