"Our child has been challenged since entering in 6th grade. Each year he has grown both as a student and a citizen."

"Bosque School is an excellent community of students, teachers and staff who all work together to provide excellent experiences and opportunities. I view the school as entrepreneurial and innovative in their approach. The students are always respectful and engaged in their learning. They are often challenged to use critical thinking skills to solve real-world problems. The 6th grade master project, all the way through the junior and senior thesis, allows students to research issues and problems and ultimatley conclude and defend their hypothesis. These kids begin at an early age to find their voice and share it with other students and adults. They are encouraged to take on leadership positions and present in public in whatever creative method they choose. This is how kids are going to navigate the world they are being brought up in and they leave Bosque School with the confidence to share ideas, pursue their passions, question, research, write, collect scientific data, and communicate at a very high level."

"My son has had a wonderful 6th grade year after a terrible 5th grade year in the public schools. There are still days he comes home in wonder at how kind and caring his teachers and fellow students are. He is learning and being challenged in ways he was never challenged in public schools. I love the hands on science he is doing with the Bosque Ecosystem Monitoring Program. He has done small mammal trapping and the other day he said he had, "A good animal day" because he saw a porcupine, Sandhill cranes and a bald eagle with his class while collecting data in the bosque by the Rio Grande. He also played on the soccer team and was in the musical production that included high school students. I have worked at the school for five years and seen every aspect of the school's culture and curriculum. The culture and community are strong and the faculty and staff are dedicated to helping students find their passion in life by exposing them to a diverse range of ideas and experiences."
