"This school has given our Granddaughter a great start to success. She attends Sylvan Learning Center to bring her up to grade level and each teacher is working with Sylvan to let them know what her strengths and weaknessess in the classroom are. The interum report that comes out every 2 weeks is wonderful. It helps keep you on top of any problem grades that might show up. She was at risk of failing and her marks are now A's and B's and a C in Science that we are working on raising to a B. I think it is a wonderful school and perfect for our Granddaughter's needs."

"I love Alva Middle School. My Husband, son and my 2 daughters have all went there. And now have a great education. I hope Alva stays there for a long time and hopefully they will soon build another Alva High"
