"We joined this school in 2006. In the two years that we have been there I can honestly say it has changed our lives for the better. With the help from counselors, our school teachers, and especially the principal, Ms. Kinkade, my son is now excelling. On a scale of 1-10, this school is a 10!"

"I give this school 5 stars! They are wonderful, patient and do several activities with the kids. I've never been to a school where everyone knows your name."

"Mathews Elementary is a diverse school community with a close knit family feel. There are less than 500 students and an excellent student/teacher ratio. Highly recommend this special neighborhood school."
