"The teachers are very understanding, approachable, and intelligent. I have come to like many of the teachers at my school. They are educated on the subjects that they teach and they are fair regarding their grading policies."

"Teachers are approachable and more often than not willing to help students. As a student who is not afraid to ask for help most teachers will work with me so I can improve. I have encountered teachers that will not stay after school and get to school after me which makes things difficult. teachers encourage students to do their work."

"Though there is a variety of subjects to study in this school, there are some subjects that could be added to the curriculum (ex. Film, Photography, woodshop/metalshop, among others) that would appeal to many students. At the moment, the only class that offers anything close to photography is the very exclusive Yearbook class, which is only open to students through application and acceptance. However, the choosing of students is not based necessarily on their credentials, but rather by their association with current members of the Yearbook staff. In other words, only people who are friends with the staff get chosen. Also, the Pathway program that the school forces onto the students very effectively limits the amount of experimentation that a student is able to experience in their high school career because it requires students to take a predetermined selection of classes, limiting the amount of elective classes they are able to enroll in. Overall, I really dislike the methods behind the academics in this school. However, the quality of the classes is very good."

"Academics are the most prized thing at my school. There's little to no problems with the scheduling process and there are many interesting courses offered. Workload is average unless the student decides to take AP courses, if they do take college course the workload can become stressful. Teachers are generally highly educated, respected, and willing to give students extra help."

"The advanced classes offered at the school help students prepare for college. I feel most unprepared in the area of finance, school doesn't educate on the use of money or bank. English teaches students how to structure a english paper however, grammar was never taught that has not prepared me for college. Most of my preparation i fell has come from my parents and own experiences."
