"They're ok, there is a variety of AP classes. Some classes are very good, others are very poor. Even some AP classes can be slow, but some are very strong. Education is not as good as the school brags it up to be, but still probably a lot better than other public high schools. Or maybe not, I can't really judge as I've only gone to school at Salem Academy."

"Not a bad school by any means, the friends I've made are worth it and the education is decent. However, the administration and teachers can be frustrating at times, and in such a small school there's often no higher authority to turn to. Some policies are downright trivial. The education is good, but not nearly as good as the school would like you to believe. I don't know much about Salem High or the Salem school system in general so I don't know if it's much better in those schools. Although the school's size limits extra-curricular activities, the school does do a surprisingly good job of providing enough programs to the students to be satisfactory."

"Probably about three quarters of teachers are very good at teaching and actually care about their classes. They have their own style and way of helping students learn and getting them involved. Others, however, are either mediocre or even just plain atrocious. At best, they try and fail to educate the students. At worst, in a few cases, they either have no idea what they're talking about or just seem to not care at all. Especially a certain middle school teacher and coach..."

"I was at this high school for 7 years and it was amazing to see the growth in progression of the school every year"

"The school overall is great! The education and the students, we're all like a family, and since our graduating classes are so small we all see each other as family. Especially my class, the class of 2015, we do a lot with one another, like we set up a secret-Santa for the whole class, and we all go out and do senior bonding activities. It's just amazing!"
