"This school has some obvious weaknesses, such as low test scores, poor school funding, low academic expectations. My son was a student at BSGS last year and had a great time. He was not challenged academically, and I don't think he has been prepared for the upcoming rigors of high school and college. He liked most of his teachers/classes, got straight A's and made some nice friends. At BSGS, there is the option of taking music (choir or band) or study hall. There's just not an overall atmosphere of academic achievement or excellence."
