"There are a few terrible teachers at this school. Do not let your kid take AP Biology or AP Chemistry, these are taught by the second worst teacher in the school. The Physics classes are taught by an individual who reeks of booze every time I have talked in person with 'em. The worst instruction comes from a sexist teacher. She has to be the laziest teacher in the history mankind. If you have a male student it is almost impossible for him to get into the National Honor Society. I have a son who worked at the community food bank every month last year and has performed countless hours of community service through the Boy Scouts. He has achieved high rank and has performed an Eagle project with more than 400 hours of volunteer time. He was rejected for NHS because he was told he didn't have enough community service time. What a joke. There is one birght spot here. The Spanish teacher is the hardest working woman I know. She is a great teacher and her mom works as a teacher also (but not nearly as efective)."

"Someone who spells "hear" when it should be "here" shouldn't be writing a review about a school!"

"Most teachers go through the motions of the day and really really don't care. Getting a teacher to spend extra time with a student is a pure struggle. Weak administrators who accept status quo. If you are the child of a teacher or administrator, you will get preferential treatment. Good ole boy network prevails in every area. High school principal is married to the school superintendent. A very mediocre school in every way."

"Extracurricular activities are plentiful. But it seems like it is all they care about here and not the academic achievements. Plus not all the teachers help, some do, but not all. Some of the teachers obviously don't like us they don't try to hid that at all. The language here is awful. And phones go off the teachers don't do anything about it. When i leave i will only come back to visit family and friend not to stay and live here."

"Caring teachers help students before and after school. Robotics team got first place in a national level competition. Technology enhanced classrooms are a big plus. Something for every student - music, art, science, jounalism, service club, and more. My three kids have done wonderfully in this school. I wouldn't want them to go anywhere else."
