"This school district is terrible, and does not know they are terrible. The P & AP have been in education far too long, and refuse to progress with the rest of the educational world. Most teachers are apathetic, don't care about pushing students. There is no scope and sequence for teachers. Students are not on grade level, and that starts in Pre-K and K. One of the Kinder supplies on the list was actually a coloring book. There are a few dedicated teachers, and some of the new hires this past year are amazing...I hope they don't loose them...they are extremely frustrated at the lack of educational rigor put on the students. This school has great students, and some great teachers, but lack the tools needed to be great."

"My kids have seen four different school districts and this one has been the best thus far. I have a child who is gifted and one with somewhat special needs and both receive the attention and recognition they need and deserve with this school. The environment is safe. I don't feel uncomfortable sending my children to school or allowing them to ride the bus. Parental involvement is encouraged and appreciated. The facility is very nice. My only complaint is that the school has a religious Christmas play during the year and a Christian message is given to the kids fairly blatently. This is uncomfortable for me, but may be a positive to someone else. Also my child has been exposed to some staff with a blatent political message as well. Kids are too young for this, in my opinion. Overall the school has had a positive impact on the kids."

"BES has provided my child with an excellent overall environment for learning and maturing. It has been a great foundation for his long journey in education. Kuddos to the teachers, staff and administration."

"Very dissapointed in what it offers our children. Very poor academic standards. Not challenging for gifted kids."
