"My overall experience at this school is not great. The attendance rate is very low. There are physical fights between students nearly almost every day and i am not exaggerating at all. Most of the students at this school can care less about the school or of their work. Some of the students are very disrespectful towards not only their peers but the teachers as well. The setting of the school is disgusting - the school is filled with garbage and various odors. I wouldn't choose this school because not only the students are careless but the teachers are as well, and i can argue that the teachers do not challenge us enough to be better students."

"I honestly believe that the teachers at my school do not challenge the students hard enough. What i mean is that the teachers give us work where the answers are right in front of us so its easy to pass the class, and if you don't pass the class it's because you're a careless student who doesn't do their work. Overall the teachers are very friendly with the students and they're easy to approach and comforting to talk too. If you're not doing your work the teachers care less because there is nothing they can do about it which is probably one reason why the graduation rate at my school is so low. I see no difference in the teaching styles between all teachers, i think they all teach in the same style which tends to get boring and us students use the same techniques for almost every class subject."

"Some teachers do go above and beyond but some do not care about their teaching. Their lessons are boring and do not put anything into the lesson but the bare minimum."

"The school tried their best but being a NYC high school had its limitations. Teachers were required to teach to the regents, there was very little initiatives and very poor parent involvement. There was a tremendous drop out rate."

"What made the school unique for me was the friends I had and the nice teachers who pushed me to strive for more and when I had a slip up I had someone to talk to."
