"Parents are supposed to go hard on the kids. They want to make sure that their future is looking the way it's supposed to."

"i thought it was pretty fine for me because i make the best of it, i focus only on school assignments and never mingle with anyone i don't know in the school or want to know them either. I was more of a quite but smart girl. as soon as i start getting into my second and third year in the school, things were changing, for example diversity, and the bad apples were leaving the school."

"My experience in this school was both good and bad, and it taught me many important lessons about life. As any freshman entering high school it was one of the most nerve wrecking experiences of my life. The elementary school and middle school that i attented were both only a few blocks away from my home so i grew up going to school with a lot of the same people i was ajusted well to the environment and i felt comfortable in these schools. But high school changed everything i was going to a attend a school that was fourty minutes away from my home. It was my first time traveling alone on public transportation to attend a school where I knew nobody. Soon i adjusted to the environment and reacted to this experience optimistic as possible i soon made friends and lost some. In this school i felt myself maturing. I learned that it was okay to have different ideas from others and i also learned to become independent and to not let anyone make decisions for me. I learned if i wanted to succed i needed to work hard, because nothing was going to be handed to me. This school was good because the teachers put the students to work hard and gave everyone a wake up call that they needed to work hard . This school also had negatives, because it tempted you to do what you weren't supposed to and follow the wrong crowd. This school was cery unique because it got rid of stereotypes, because of the not very pleasant neighborhood many people would assume that everybody in my school would be trouble makers and drop outs, but in fact this school carries very intelligent students i was astonished at all the new things i was learning from my fellow classmates i was introduced to new music new foods and got more insight on their cultures. Also this school was unique because all teachers had close relationships with their students and they tried very hard to get everyone on track, students were always eager to help our teachers when help was needed and every one had inside jokes."
