"What a disappointment. My daughter is now a 5th grader at Weber but her entire elementary school experience has been disastrous. There is no leadership at this school. The principal is out of touch with the students and the community. There is no organization whether it be the flow in the parking lot or the school functions. I now understand why so many of our friends have pulled their children from this school to home school them or move to another area. Thank God this is our last year at Weber Elementary."

"I'm so dissapointed in this school, the office staff is rude the cafeteria ladies are on power trips. Not all but many teachers are very unprofessional, and are always crying to students how they don't make enough money. To get a call in to the principal is as if you were trying to call the USA President himself. They screen her calls very thoroughly and then she doesnt even return the call. I will say Ms. Harper 5th grade teacher is really good and I have found that she truly cares about her students. We are actually moving just so we can take our kids out of this school!"

"I came to teach at Weber because of how well the principal does her job. I've found the teachers to be very knowledgable and they demonstrate best practices in education. Families are very involved and students are engaged. Weber is a super school!"

"My daughter went to Weber and I finally pulled her out and sent her to a private school. The Principal was difficult to work with. And the teachers he personally picked were terrible. It seemed their main concern was always making sure parents weren't around to see what was going on. We also had several incidents with the office staff being rude and leaking personal and confidential information about students. the principal has been replaced since."

"I have 3 sons at Weber, 2nd grade, Kindergarten & Pre-K. The teachers are excited about teaching and are very informative on contacting the parents right away if there are any problems. The principal seems to very active in the school's activities. I haven't experienced any problems with her. I have noticed some changes and change is good because it means they are making an effort to improve. My sons are not old enough to start testing yet but I hope that their ratings improve to become a Recognized school. Remember, the teachers need the support of the Parents. They cannot do it alone."
