"Carolina forest high school are big advocates for education and self expression through art and sports. Our principal, Ms. Driggers, comes on the loud speaker at least once a month to remind the student body of our successes, things we need to work on as a whole, and the course of events that will take place in the near future. The band, the orchestra, show choir, and our various sports teams are praised weekly for their respectful representation of the school. We also hold pep rallies all the time during lunch to encourage school spirit. Of all schools in our county, I would choose Carolina Forest High School."

"The courses and the teachers over the courses provided at Carolina Forest High School are exceptionally great. The courses challenges you and requires each student to engage in the activities and assignments. I personally, am involved in the AP and Honor courses that Carolina Forest offers. The work load is heavy, but not unbearable. The assignments only inform you of the material, it forces you to think and become involved with the subject. For example, in AP Government and Economics, the essay each student is required to write makes you define the subject, explain it in great detail, and give evidence (examples) of why its relates. The teachers try their best to get every student involved with discussions and debates. Mr. Iagulli will call on a student and propose a question to really make that student think. It permits the student to develop an extensive understanding of the material given to them. Many teachers also take advantage of our venues by assigning research papers and assignments on google classroom. Instructors also communicate with students through Google classroom, Edmodo, and emailing. Grades are always entered into to Powerschool no later than a week after the assignment was collected. Powerschool is also a great resource for communicating students' grades with the parents of those students. As a whole, the faculty and staff of Carolina Forest High School do an outstanding job of making sure no student is left behind academically"

"My parents were fairly supportive but those of others seemed to be less so in some cases."

"CFHS offers a lot of academic class options. Teachers should push students to push themselves but fail to."
