"Wonderful school - projects, family game nights and curriculum nights, and wonderful teachers. Teachers here have experience and very low turn around."

"While some teachers have the utmost patience for the kids the others need to learn more patience and understanding"

"My daughter went to Deer Creek from k-6th grade and my son has gone from K-present (2nd grade) Until this year things have been really good. After talking with several teachers, I feel their morale is slipping from the pressure of the TAKS test. They still enjoy the children, but feel they are not able to teach, but more memorization of the TAKS test. I'm sure this is a feeling for most teachers in the state."

"I am a grandparent of a Pre-K child and like to keep up with what is going on in her school. I am impressed with her teachers and the school at large."

"We moved to this area a couple of years ago and this is an awesome school, from the Principle to the Teachers that teach to the Teachers that monitor the parking lot to the OFFICE Staff to the Cafeteria workers, they have always presented themselves professional and kind and have always tended to our needs and concerns"
