"Exemplory for a Reason! I cannot say enough positive things about Hajek's staff, students, and parents. Staff are professional and knowledgeable, interacting with the kids in an encouraging respectful way which promotes a positive yet disciplined atmosphere. Expectations for students both behaviorally and academically are high. The teachers and staff do a superb job of keeping parents informed as to students progress. Academics are challenging and well taught. Students are not only rewarded for academic success but also for demonstrating positive character traits like respect, responsibility, etc. Outwardly focused, Hajek fosters a love for community, America, and helping others in need. Teachers are great at expanding opportunities for those who are academically ahead. There is a wide array of extracurricular activities. The PTA is very active. Frequent events have a wholesome small-town feel. Hajek participates in the Watch Dogs program, giving fathers a unique opportunity to be involved. The facility is amazing. The building is kept emaculatly with well maintained equipment and supplies. There is a covered playground in addition to outdoor picnic areas."

"It all depends on the teacher you get. some are really great. Others just give the minimum effort. This was the school's first year, so hopefully they will be better organized and more communicative in the future. Being new to the district I had heard great things about Burleson schools, and I am sorry to say I was very dissapointed."
