"It's overall teaching is great, each teacher will teach the subject differently."

"The academics are good but certain departments were better and others were worse."

"McCallum offers a huge variety of classes which allows students to choose how they challenge themselves. Depending on the level of class you take, there can either be a very low work-load which is great for people who are involved outside of school, but there are also rigorous AP classes that are fast-paced and challenging. Teachers and counselors are very good about tending to a student's needs and are available for tutoring at specific times. The scheduling process can be difficult, but McCallum hosts a week in summer where students can sort them out early. The high school experience is really about what you put in it, and students at McCallum are very motivated towards success; whatever that means for them."

"I have yet to encounter myself with a rude student. Everyone is very kind and open minded. As any teenager, my High School experience has had its ups and downs, but overall it has been fantastic."

"The school itself is great but students have been getting ruder as time has gone on and it seems as though some of the teachers themselves are beginning to give up. The school gives students to express themselves, however, students are beginning to do it in a rude and almost snooty way."
