    "Barr Elementary is the finest elementary school in the land. Students create personal learning journals keeping track of their learning goals. These goals are based on state assessments, district assessments, and daily work. The learning portfolios go home every Friday. In addition to this the school is just plain fun. Just last night they had a Circus Night with over 700 people in attendance. Games, events and even the Rigatoni dinner were free. Thanks Barr School."
