"This school was rated Highly Performing this year--the only elementary school in the state to get this rating. The teachers here are excellent, the staff is friendly, and most of all my daughter loves it there. Parking is a bit of a pain, but other than that a great school. My daughter is open enrolled here and I am hoping to keep here there until the fifth grade."

"I have a fith grander and a Kindergartener. I love this school. My daughter is learning how to blend words, count by twos, to name some things. My fith grader liked his teacher and is doing very well. There is great parent teacher contact. The Pincipal is very good with her leadership skills. I am impressed with this school."

"Have a son (8) that attend Palo verde and loves it. He is more excited about this school then he was about the Chandler Az school he went to last year. He is excited about doing his homework. Likes the teachers and the school. The 'uniform' makes him look forward to school, he feels he is going 'to work'"

"Palo Verde has a wonderful reading program which unfortunately the district is going to do away with next year. Academically it is a great school but I have a kindergartener that goes in the afternoon and there is rarely a teacher or supervisor on the playground when it is time to drop them off. This problem has been brought to the attention of the office several times and it still seems to happen 1 to 3 times a week. This is unacceptable!"
