"Our Anthony is a freshman an at CAA. My wife and I are so happy that our son got into this academic haven for talented students. If you AND your child are committed to the arts AND education, then this small yet elite school might be for you. We were at the curriculum night and were pleasantly surprised to find English and history and math teachers with masters in education. We were excited to learn that the science teacher plans to teach the scientific method and attempt to address the gaps that Jr High might have left. Our son adored his science teacher. His 8th grade teacher was entertaining. We prefer education to entertainment. Artistically nothing compares."

"This is a very strong school both artistically and academically. The courses are designed to develop each student's work to a higher level of artistry that is rarely obtained at most high schools. The students have easy access to their teachers and are taught how to think conceptually, creatively and analytically. The community vibe is unique in that it is based upon true respect for each member and his or her thoughts and expressions. If you are a young artist living in Chicagoland, I highly recommend this high school."

"The academics are college prep and challenging even for the brightest students. The arts classes are phenomenal. The arts education is unparalleled. The students love to go to school."

"This is a very good school for children that are talented in the are of arts and music. Although this school is primarily organized around arts, its academics are very over achieving as well. I have a son who has graduated from the academy and is currently attending Duke University to complete a degree in performing arts. I would definately recommend this school."
