"We chose DLS, living in the Burbs we weren t excited about the commute but the DLS busing service has erased those fears. I m pleased to say our freshman has made wonderful new friendships with girls & boys with very caring parents. My teen in the all Honors program, continues to make all A's /B's while on the golf & track team. Don t worry about course sequencing, whether they take Bio as a frosh or soph what matters according to various college Deans, is that the courses are taken and that all incoming students have the necessary core content. My 8th grader will take the exam at DLS, after shadowing at 3 schools. She shared, I didn't get the intimate feeling I got from shadowing at the smaller DLS environment & I have greater odds to shine in academics, golf & swim with a smaller # of teens . Both girls shadowed at another school recently just to compare the curriculum and found that Algebra, Spanish, History & English facts didn t change simply because they were taught at a different school. The 10yr Magazine boast the success of tons of DLS female alumni attending top universities doing extremely well. The staff is diverse & caring and we love the girls Principal!!"

"I am very disappointed at De La Salle's LH campus which is the girls school . Let me start off by saying I have two kids at this school a boy and a girl and my son is having a great experience at De he is a junior. But my daughter on the other hand I can not wait to find a better choice for her. All the teachers are 21-24 years Old this is their first year of teaching and they don't know ANYTHING ! If you daughter need help in anything they won't help but instead say go find tutoring. Secondly they have Jewish teachers teaching catholic religion which I totally disagree with and lastly De La Salle seems to care more about uniform than thy do education ! This is a waste of 12,000 dollars ! My daughter will be transferring if not soon definitely in May when school lets out!"

"When my oldest son graduated from De La Salle it was totally different they had a very rigorous learning system in place for them. But now that I've enrolled my youngest son I see the school has went down hill quickly ! First off he's in the "honors" program still doing algebra and basic physical science , secondly there is way more violence at this school ; kids who don't fit in are being bullied and robbed and its just brushed to the side since its all about who you know in the school system ! Trust me I know I am a school teacher , if you want you child to be challenged in school this is not the right place your child will not be college ready !"

"Excellent school! My daughter transferred in doing her 2nd yr. They immediately knew she was not being challeged and put her in the honors program. She strived at first and have fully accepted the challeged. They do not hold a student back and we her parents are very graceful. My only regrets is that we overlooked De La Salle when we was searching for quality high school. God Bless De La Salle."

"De La Salle Institute is an excellent school. The boys are trained to be responsible and productive young men and gentlemen. The girls are trained to be responsible and productive young ladies. I have peace of mind with De La Salle Institute. The school has order and you can hear a pin drop. The Principal is an excellent instuctional leader whose focused on presenting the best students (De La Salle Meteors) to the world. The Principal and his administrative team take swift action to address parent /student concerns. They are also compassionate, understanding, and supportive. The teachers are among the best in the country. They arrive early and stay late to make themselves accessible to the students and parents. Most have advanced degrees and work hard to help the students learn and succeed. I am the proud parent of a Junior. The Meteor students are winners."
