"Clinton Elementary contains a stimulating environment that not only holds high expectations for students but the staff as well. Currently there are 10 teachers pursuing their National Board Certification, the highest certificate a teacher can earn. This year long process requires candidates to demonstrate effective and accomplished teaching through videos, written submissions, and evidence of student learning. I look forward to working at Clinton Elementary as we become a premiere school in Chicago."

"I am the type to give second chances. After moving I knew we were going to have to transfer our son to a local school. Weeks before, I called Cinton school just to inquire about the activities, curriculum and about what was needed for the transfer. OMG! The lady who answered the phone in the main office was rude from her very first sentence...."Ok what do you want Miss, what is your question?" I was astonished to say the very least. We talked 5 mins and she never changed her attitude during our conversation no matter how pleasant I was as a PARENT. My husband a couple of weeks later went to the school to register my son, with my son by his side. Let's just say, my husband returned home angry (and usually he just lets things roll off of his shoulders)...Lol, well not this time, he immediately told me that the staff is rude and I don't want my son going to a school where the staff aren't even respecting the PARENTS, so just imagine how they'll treat our son? (He had a point!) BTW: Our son called me..."Mommy I believe the old, hispanic lady you talked to on the phone, was the same one who was being mean to Daddy". OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF BABES. Too bad this review made me give a star."

"Every school should have a Principal who is a great communicator, facilitator, and who gets things done! At Clinton that is what Mr Cesario is and I would like to say thank you for being a positive influence at our school! Keep it up!"
