"My children have attended Garvey for over 5 years now and I am very proud to say that my children are excelling in there classes and often make honor roll. The staff are friendly, have always encouraged me to participate in students activities, and are available to communicate with me when needed. My children have been blessed with excellent teachers who have a passion for teaching, and an encouraging spirit for student learning. Ms. Bryant"

"Focus is more on teacher to principal bonding and socializing than on child safety and well being. The leadership is easily misguided and manipulated and 'too much' parent involvement is discouraged. Some of the teachers are very good and work with the children and try to motivate them; however, some certain teachers do not have the right temperment to work with children."
