"My child has been a student of New Way for 2 yrs and Ive never seen so many unpleasant staff workers before. The teachers are in and out even in the middle of the school year, the staff in the office are rude and unknowledgeable. I must say for it to be a christian school I'm very diappointed and this is my child's last year."

"This school is a big disappointment. The superintendent is money hungry and clearly lacks professionalism. The staff members are pretty much the same. They have announced and implemented changes into the schedule without the support of parents. The superintendent has even gone far as to penalize parents who are unable to sponsor 'new' projects. New Way could be one of the best schools on the city south side; however, the school administrators have lost sight of their overall vision and goal. Initially, the goal was to educated the students so that they can compete with other students. Consequently, the goals of the school has shifted and changed. The goal of the school involves extra-curriculum activities that many of the students are forced to participate in. The focus of the school has become unclear to all stakeholders."

"The superintendent here is wonderful, however the staff here are clearly untrained professionals. This school would be great if it had trained professionals. This school also lacks structure in almost every area, especially in it's curriculum."

"This is a good school, but the school lack professionalism and consistency. I am not so please with the education that my child has received. I am an advocate for quality education. The curriculum needs to be revised and restructure in order to enhance the overall learning process. I believe this school could be better if they logistically outline all of their goals and establish benchmarks for each grade level. Although the school is new, it still needs a lot of work in maintaining consistency by the administrative staff members."

"Although this is a new school it has great potential. My children are enrolled and I am very pleased with the teachers and office staff. My only concern is that Mrs. Coleman was appointed principal and she was personal and loved the students and parents. She is nolonger their and the entire loving school atmosphere has changed. She added so much to the school and now we are left with a politician. I do enjoy the quality of education the programs and other fees can be a bit too much. Overall I like the school but for how long."
