"Very good high school, the teachers and counselors know each child by name and give them personalized attention. My son's freshman algebra teacher came in a hr. early to tutor him, he has even had teachers stay after to tutor. Students are rewarded for attendance and good grades."

"This school is by far one of the greatest in the city of chicago. I am a clergyman and I expect the best education possible for my child. The Chicago School of the Arts has exceeded my expectations by far."

"This school is a joke. It's overcrowded, it has a high proportion of special ed students, and the supposedly arts-driven curriculum has been thrown to the wayside in favor of the regular bean-counting mentality of most CPS administration. There is a high absentee rate among students and is now growing among the frustrated staff members. This school has great potential if parents and teachers are genuinely invited to partake in the education process of their students and children."
