    "The school should be better equipped to handle situations not only professionally but spiritually if this is at all possible. The counseling could be more appropriate in a way that the parent or caregiver is aware of such counselling. It is the right of the child, parent or caregiver to know what type, if any, file is being compiled on the children. There should also be scheduled meetings between the councilor, child, parent or caregiver. Teaching should also be stepped up as well as proper security at the school."

    "The overall school community can exceed in quality by having a proficient leader that supports and encorages the teaching staff to bring all gifts and talents to to table during the beginning of the school year planning period in an organized manner. This will benefit the academic and holistic development of the students, and school atmosphere."
