"One of the best public schools in the southside. There is overcrowding but the teachers are very good and knowledgeable in their subject areas. I think the discipline is very good in this school."

"Hubbard is the best school in the South Side. It does have an over crowding issue and the building is not the greatest, but the teachers and extracurricular activities are great. They provide enough challenge and work for any kid. As long as a kid is in the Honors program or in IB there will be no problems with the underachievers in the class."

"Great school. Excellent extra-curricular activities. Football, soccer, wrestling, and ROTC are some of the best in the state. IB program is wonderful and very challenging. Very few gang problems and a very helpful staff. Best public school in the area. Not the best in the city, but for the southwest side, it blows the other schools out of the water."

"I love this school! Well actually I plan to attend this school next year, because ive heard good things and know like 10 people that go there. Although they have uniform the IB program is pretty good! You must have a stanine of 6in math and reading. I currently attend lame marquette elementary. 09 All day!"
