"I love coming to Acorn because it a school that is incredibly caring and friendly. I always feel comfortable in Acorn, and I love how the teachers act like good friends. Your never left out of anything in schools and they always have fun afterschool activities. There should never be a problem because the teachers help you get your work done, and always help you to correct a problem. Acorn is also a college driven school, they always push me toward college, whether i want to or not. But they made me want to, because they halped me out tremendously. Acorn is a great school to prepare a student for college, and every student should go here."

"Can you say lacking academic rigor? My son is a freshman at Acorn Community and rarely is he asigned homework. I have talked to the teachers and administrators about it and this just doesn't seem to be a priority. In addition, my child in elementary school, taking similar classes, receives more chanllenging work then my son in high school!"
