"Gillette has some great teachers, BUT watch out this is one of the FASTEST growing districts around. This middle school has 1,300 kids (disregard the computer's numbers). And that is only ONE of the TWO middle schools. Class sizes are WAY too big, and programs are being SLASHED. We had to go to multiple board meeting to support teachers and their positions as well as IMPORTANT positions such as Nurses and SECURITY! Sports are on a pedestal and academics are thrown to the side. They need to break up the schools. TOO MANY kids!! HS has (10-12 grades about 2,500 kids) We are moving to another district to get a smaller class number. The principals don't know my kids here."

"This school is amazing. The foundation, teachers, and students are amazing. They have tons of after school activities for students and is seperated into three houses for the students benifit. It is so students can get used to a sertan group of students because they dont change houses. House 2 is the best people say. I recommend Gillette."

"I love this school. The teachers are wonderful. House 3 is the best. The after school activities that Gillette offers are really fun. There are sports, chorus, math league(if you are chosen)and tons more. The thing I love the most, is seeing your old teachers. Mrs Bradt, Mrs. Conese, Mrs. Fallis, Mrs. Redfield, and even Mrs. Elsworth are fun to be around. Th school has good evacuation procedures and is very organized."

"I love this school! house 2 has got the best teachers but I'm partial as this is the house both of my children were and are in. I have to say though that there are two phenonenal teachers that my family thinks the world of and they would be mrs. Kadalaik and mrs. Bertone. My daughter (in 7th grade now) still goes to see them every morning before starting her day. My son (now in 9th) is doing well in nsjh. These two teachers show the energetic enthusiastic qualities for teaching that most teachers lack. I have seen first and foremost the effort put forth by both of these teachers with after school help they provide for the students. They encourage and prepare the students for tests in school and the nys testings. These are teachers who really care about their students and how they achieve goals for the future."
