"We have had a wonderful experience at Windy Hill. The teachers and classes are great, but I do wish they would have a foreign language. Our son is sad to leave next year but is excited about high school. His time there has made his younger brother eager to become a wolf. Keep up the good work!!!"

"I was not happy with my child's experience at this school. The teachers in his team were generally slow to enter the grades into the eSembler making it difficult to track his progress until it was too late. Teachers gave him extra time to complete late assignments, but no one seemed to want to help him in a proactive manner with organization, etc. to get his work in on time the first time. The no backpack policy and restrictions on locker usage/visits made it even more difficult for him to stay organized. There was alot of tension between the hispanic and blacks at the school which led to alot of threats of violence. Administration's focus seemed to be on behavior and prevention of violence than helping the students succeed academically. We moved so that none of our other children would have to go to this school."

"I like the team structure. The math, science, social studies, and language arts teachers all work together as a team. This enables them to more closely follow each student's progress overall. The Vice-Principal I have dealt with is absolutely wonderful. She has even called on a weekend when working on my son's schedule. Great Experience."

"They have great teachers. They also try to help all level of students, even the middle of the road students."

"The teachers are really great, especially the Fine Arts program teachers (Choir, Drama & Band). The fine arts programs enrich our children and challenge them to be successful, not only in their chosen arts program, but academically too. Their teachers care about the whole child, not just 'their' part. They couldn't do this without the support of the schools administrators, they are awesome too."
