"This is our 3rd year at Ponce and we continue to be impressed by not only the curriculum of the IB Program but the quality of the Ponce teachers and administrators. They are a team of motivated and dedicated academics striving to ensure our kids succeed. Our son is very proud of his school, as are we. We highly recommend Ponce to any family looking for an excellent education, administered by a highly professional team."

"My son has excelled at Ponce De Leon Middle School. The teachers are professional, attentive nd serious about teaching. The teachers earnthe respect of the students because it is apparent that they care. The principal is energetic, motivated and positive about the future of the students. The PTSA is envolved and has made great strides in bring community to this schoold. The IB program is challenging and is providing a well rounded view of the world, politics and economics that the students need to be sucessful in the future. I would recommend Ponce De Leon Middle school to any student that is serious about their acedemic future.u"

"An excellent education by a caring teacher group; and advanced curriculum which will be respected when my child applies for college; the chance to play sports, make friends, perform music in concerts; all of this and more is what Ponce offers. My 7th grader has advanced tremendously in the program, and is learning more than I could have imagined. As a result of the excellent teaching in this advanced program (the IB program), my child will complete high school (yes, they plan ahead that far ahead) with much of his first year of college credits completed, saving costs for us, and giving him greater opportunities to advance there, as well. They took a field trip to the Everglades, learn languages, and study guitar. There are art programs and other great opportunities. If you are looking for a school program that can help your child have a well rounded education, and social network building, this school is a wonderful choice. As for the test scores, consider that the school is only partial magnet, so the scores are for the entire school. The magnet only program would have awesome scores, if they could be shown alone. What would I change? More parents getting involved more often."

"I am so proud to say that my daughter chose Ponce, out if her many choices for middle school. I am extremely happy with her performance and mostly for the performance of her teachers! I was concerned about where Skylar would go to middle school and was very confused by our choices. Skylar was very interested in going to South Miami and was accepted but after weighing her options and all the benefits of the IB program she chose Ponce. I wad extremely happy with her decision and really feel she made the right choice! I think Ponce has so much more to offer her than any other option we had and she has had the best two years of het life there! She has amazing, well rounded respectable friends that I am so happy for her to have as piers! I find the program challenging for my intelligent child but also a place where she has made friends for life! I give her experience an "a" and will recommend this school to everyone !"
