"This is a superb school. It was overcrowded 2 years ago but they have now rezoned about 1/3 of the population to a newly built school and done some rezoning, making this school just about perfect. Others complain about the parking lot, but we are just a short walk away and have never experienced this aspect. The involvement of the parents is at a level we have never seen anywhere. The PTO raises so much money from their annual Fall Festival that they only do 1 fundraiser per year, enlisting literally 100's of parents to put on an event that the kids both love and benefit from. That money has gone to books, smartboards, computers, equipment upgrades, and the playground, just to name a few. I won't disclose the amount, but it is staggering. So, you can imagine that if the parents are this involved in the school, what kind of involvement and support they have with their own children, as well as helping the teachers in the classrooms. It's a teacher's dream to have that kind of involvement, and that is why they can be so selective about their staff. If you have a chance to live in this school district, I highly recommend it."

"This is a great school. The crowd does not seem overwhelming now. It is still a big school, but with lots of resources. PTO does an outstanding job. The principal is approachable, and participates in every activity. The art program is great. The facility looks very nice. The classrooms are very well equipped. There is art, computer and music class. The kids have PE every day. They have G/T program, and enrichment for the high achieving kids. Local businesses supporting the school through the very active PTO. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Office stuff is helpful and polite."

"This school was very poorly designed. Parking is a constant issue. The playground is not large and backs up onto a major highway. The only access in and out of campus is onto the same street and the only entrance/exits are built over a major gas pipeline. Principal is rarely seen. Very overcrowded and no family feel. Education has been very inconsistent, although this was recently acknowledged so maybe it will improve."

"This is a wonderful school that is experiencing severe overcrowding. The teachers try their best to control the noise and disipline problems but until relief is available in 2009 for the overcrowding this problem will remain. Over all a great school with wonderful teachers."

"The office staff is polite but not friendly. Hallway noise is usually loud. Children are constantly seen in the halls and bathrooms. The principals are not visible in the morning to greet the children upon arrival."
