"I just graduated from Upper Merion Area Middle School just last year, and i felt like they helped me accomplish what i needed to accomplish in the years that i was there, the teachers are wonderful, and helpful."

"Excellent curriculum, beautiful facilities, great teachers...just wish they had recess for the fifth and sixth graders."

"I went through all four grades of UM middle school and switched to a private school for high school. I wonder why I didn't do it sooner. After I switched, I noticed that I was behind in English, math, and French compared to my new classmates. This was a wake-up call considering that I was one of the best students in my grade. Even as a middle schooler, I had always known that UM was not up to par, but I really enjoyed the extracurriculars, especially band and Reading Olympics. Basically, UM middle school is an okay school. Be warned, if you switch to another school, be prepared to play catch-up."

"Upper Merion Middle School is an okay school district, but the math program is poor compared to other public schools in PA. Students that eventually graduate from the district high school also have lower test scores compared to students from neighboring school districts. Teachers in general are extremely supportive and there is a wide range of extracurriculars."
