"I did not get accepted to the school of my choice. I came into college not understanding most things, and was even taught math in my first semester that I was told I should have known from freshman year of high school. That being said, I do have a good work ethic and I credit my high school for helping me achieve and maintain such an ethic."

"It may not be the best school, but it served its purpose. I liked the small environment much more than I think I would have liked the environment at the public schools."

"Teachers are friendly and welcoming but take their jobs seriously. They prepare you for exams as well as college and are always ready and willing to answer any questions you may have."

"I love the teachers at our school. Most of them are strict but not overly strict. This is one of the main reasons why I love BW. The teaching styles vary. This makes it difficult for students coming in the middle of the year but, eventually, they learn to love the different styles as much as we do. The teachers took a big interest in the students and encourage all of them to excell. Overall, the grading is consistent."

"Our academics are one of the best in Maryland. Since it's a smaller school, the teachers can work one-on-one with you if you don't understand something. We offer AP courses and Honors courses. BW is big on going to college and reviewing all of your options to make the best decision possible."
