"Parents have to stop relying solely on the school for their childrens education and discipline. I was very concerned when my grandson left meade park to attend east park, but i have found no need to worry. He apparently gets all the attention that he needs as he has continued to excell with scholastic honors every time the progress reports come out. He likes his school, the teachers. The real problem is the bullying on the buses and at the bus stops. For that very reason we often transport him to and from school. I do feel that the teachers may not be properly trained to deal with conflict resolution so we teach that at home independent of the school. The education must begin at home....Every day. But that is true of most schools.... Don't critique unless you assert yourself daily in the education of your child."

"this school is really not the best school. the teachers do not care for the students like they should and the principal is self centered and really does not care. the test scores are the worst in the area. just not the first choice for my children."
