"MICE & COCKROACH'S in all the buildings,BAD NEIGHBORHOOD, HORRIBLE ACADEMICS-that is why they have make up summer school,Question the safety of your children when they are in this school's care.Horrible administration-they will tell you are hiring new staff. That is because they got rid of all the GREAT teachers and replacing them with unqualified people. After school programs-gone.Volunteer coordinator-gone. Look at class sizes-small because everyone has left."

"Unqualified and uncaring administrators create a hostile environment for both staff and parents. Parents who bring concerns to the attention of the administration are often met with with personal accusations rather than compassionate concern and solutions. This stems, I believe, not from an intent to be hurtful, but from a lack of knowledge, ability, and qualifications needed to meet routine parent concerns and expectations. This lack results in fearful overreaction to complaints or concerns. Mediocrity is celebrated as excellence simply because they do not know any better. Money spent here is lost as gifted, high achieving students find themselves behind when transferred to challenging local schools, or worse, unprepared to participate in rigorous math and science programs when they reach university. Sadly, our family's experience with this school was painfully disappointing. We made numerous attempts at reconciliation and were met with hostility. We have not regretted our decision to withdraw. If you are looking for a high quality academic institution that provides a biblical, Christ-centered environment, unfortunately this school cannot not be recommended."

"Our experience with this school has been exceptional. Our children transferred to BCS at the beginning of the 2010 school year. BCS offers a superior quality education at the high school level - confirmed for us in the PLAN and ACT scores our children achieved. They offer dual college credits reducing the cost of future higher education. We did not have any exposure or loyalty to a prior administration and have found the current administration to be caring, invested, and effective in providing a well rounded Christian education. The parents are very friendly and actively involved. The high school has a positive energy that is hard to describe. From the moment our kids stepped in the door, they were made to feel welcome by the other kids. They have grown spiritually and academically. The confidence and life skills gained at BCS are truely unique."

"When the leadership of the school changed a couple of years ago, the school took a dramatic nose dive. Horrible, unsupportive teachers, a staff that doesn't seem to care unless you donate above and beyond the money you already have to pay, and parents that are VERY cliquish. God forbid your child doesn't "fit in." The best thing I ever did was to pull her out and keep my youngest far away from this school. The only stars I have to give are for the old administration, who have now left."

"Not accredited.. Poor staff quality. Not worth the large amount money for the education you receive."
