"Stevenson School is a comparatively new school in that it just reopened a few years ago. In these few years, it has grown to encompass the spirit of the community. There is fine leadership present, the teachers are striving for higher levels of reading enrichment for the students, there are plenty of cultural arts programs for the children, and the PTO is extremely strong in their commitment towards helping the teachers and students. The best thing about this school is that all students work well together and show no sign of prejudice. I believe this is due to the fact that Stevenson is a culturally and ethnically diverse school. Even though there are some financial restraints (like everywhere else), this is a great school."
