    "Boulder Creek is a wonderful school. What impresses me most is the academic achievement of the students. I know that a BC diploma means something- the expectations in every classroom from the special education supports to the AP and honors classes are exceptional. The teachers really go the extra mile to help students learn and hold the kids accountable. They really walk the walk when they talk about rigor, relevance, and relationships. I am totally impressed with the special programs too. They are the only high school to offer Chinese and a ton of AP classes. It is every bit as good as a private school, but with all the fun of a community school. Where else do you get a whole community wearing JagNation t-shirts from the custodians to the Principal? Super school spirit. I love the Jags of BC."

    "I am the grandparent of a special needs student at Boulder Creek High School. The staff and students treat him with respect. The teachers are amazing and really do care about the students. This high school has had some negative press in the past, but just come on campus and see for yourself how hard everyone works to to ensure safety and education for all students. If you think it is easy running a high school, just volunteer in one for a week and you will be amazed. I think the principal (Lauren Sheahan) and the administrative team is fabulous."

    "I attend boulder creek. dvusd has seriously slacked in ensuring qualified teachers over my 8 years with them. if you need extra help, do not attend this school. if you do not like opprobriously disrespectful kids, do not attend this school. if you do not like teachers who do not care for you, do not attend boulder creek (there are two teachers i have had that actually care about their students out of dozens). just a little insight from the inside."

    "If your child is ethnic descent not the school for your child. The students get away with racial epithets, intimidation, and continual harassment. What makes it even worse is that they make your child feel as if they are the problem. Also school is full of wanna be gangsters from a higher socio/economical class. This is really amusing! The school has drug issues due to the parents who are self-centered and are busy with their own personal anthem housewives agenda. Most students have no courtesy or discipline. So if this sounds like a place for your child be my guest."
