"Manz School is a very active environment. The staff is awesome - extremely dedicated to the students. There are many opportunities to get involved with the school. The faculty works well together utilizing each others strengths. I am involved with the PTA and it is apparent that the PTA is committed to the overall well being of the children. We are involved with Safe Routes to School, Healthy Living, Field Trips, Mini Grants and Family Social time. There is a nice balance and positive energy at Manz!"

"The school overall is a good school. They do not know how to deal with children from divorced households and need additional attention, which ends up becoming negative attention due to their lack of knowledge. The teachers inform parents too late in the year that children need additional help and do not offer tutors or extra help. They expect the kids to just attend summer school, which is in some cases not feasible. If these two areas were worked on, the school would be awesome."

"My son went here for three years (3-5 grades); the best year was 5th grade. The teachers were okay, but weren't willing to work with my son's advanced pace. The G&T program is rather non-existant. My daughter has now been at this school for two years (K & 1st), the teachers are very caring and seem to work better with the different levels of the kids."

"My son attends kindergarten at Manz school. He has done far better than I had ever imagined. I have adult ADD and am 99% sure my son has it also. I have chosen to prolong putting him on medication as long as possible. This has become much easier with the help of his teacher Ms. Hill and many other wonderful teachers who work with him."
