"One of the top high schools in the county. Students consistently get into top colleges. Workload is tough but not unreasonable. I'm happy my son was a graduate from here and with a class of 40, it's like a private college-prep school but without the tuition."

"My son went here for 2 months. Overall it is a good school but it gives students such a heavy workload of homework. My son everyday would stay up till 12/1 working on projects and papers. Pretty good school i guess but I had to remove my son. He was unhappy and it was such a heavy workload with no guarantee as to what college he would go to i the future. Also, many of the teachers are extremely biased."

"Overall, this is an amazing school. The academics are challenging and go well beyond anything else in the area. The students are terrific, the atmosphere is safe, familial, competitive, and disciplined. The administrators know their students well. But because it is a small school, it doesn't have all of the resources of a larger school or wealthier district. Extra-curriculur activities are quite limited, as are extra academic resources, like onsite resource classes or supports, that you'd find in a bigger school. Surprisingly, there isn't as much communication between teachers and parents as I'd expect and the information available from the website is far more limited than you'd expect from a high-tech high school. For the right student, this is great place."
