"Most teachers of El Dorado Highare devoted to making sure their students are on the right path to have a successful future. They plan above and beyond to make sure their students receive the education they deserve. They do not just lecture a student but they actually join in on the teaching as if they are learning themselves."

"El Dorado High school truly cares about progressing the school along with the students of the school. We have recruited teachers from around the country who come to like our towns' environment and community. Our students work hard and are involved in a number of clubs and afterschool activities to broaden their perspective of the school and themselves to others. We work every day to make our school a great facility and welcome anyone with open arms and open books!"

"I would honestly have to say, that my favorite time of the school day, was my 5th period class throughout my sophomore, junior, and senior years. My Oratorio Choir class was during the lunch periods. I would go to lunch at 11:55 and Oratorio would start at 12:25. This class, as well as Chemistry my Junior year, were my favorite classes in high school. So, to answer the question, "Would I choose this school again if I could do it all over?". No, I wouldn't even choose this school again if I was required to do it all over."

"Overall, the majority of the teachers try their best to have as much 1-on-1 time with each student. Although most days they don't get to about half of the students, in my experiences with the teachers that taught me, they do their best. I was also in a special program, my school was hosting, called New Tech. This program has been implemented at schools world-wide. Within this program is a technology and hands-on based learning system, where the teachers MUST be interactive with the students. With that being said, I have been in other teachers' classes where they aren't even trying to be as nearly 1-on-1 with any of the students. This is how it is said by students, that almost all of the teachers are outside of New Tech. Although most teachers weren't interactive with their students, the teachers had a vast knowledge of, not only the specific subject they taught in their class, but other subjects within the field of study. For example, a World History teacher would often be able to teach U.S. History, and sometimes English even, if needed to do so. Since the New Tech teachers, who taught me most of my non-elective courses, had a set way of grading, because of the New Tech program, they were extremely consistent. Now, the teachers that I had outside of New Tech, weren't as consistent, but they were still consistent enough that you could predict the grading method."
